1.) SPOTCASH - 90% Upon reservation and avail of a 10% discount. with the 10% balance payable upon turnover
2.) 2 YEARS TO PAY INTEREST FREE ( with PDC) – monthly amortization to begin 30 days after reservation
3.) 20 - 80 SCHEME – 20% over two ( 2 ) years, with the 80% balance to be paid in full prior to unit turnover ( Note : The 20% is payable in 24 months, to commence

Bigger hotel rooms and adjoining units can be transformed and offered by the hotel as deluxe or suite rooms for guests.

HAS 14 DAYS FREE STAY EVERY YEAR PLUS 14 DAYS DISCOUNTED HOTEL RATE. THE RETURN
